Salmon Kebab

Delicate, juicy charcoal salmon kebab is quite easy to cook!

Ingredients

  • Salmon – 500 g
  • Onions – 0.5-1 pcs.
  • Garlic – 0.5-1 cloves
  • Lemon – 2-3 rings
  • Dill – 2-3 branches
  • Olive oil – 0.5 tbsp
  • Salt – 0.25-0.5 teaspoon
  • Ground white pepper – 0.25 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Wash the salmon and dry it. We take out the bones. Separate the fillet.
  2. Cut into portions (about 3 cm).
  3. Peel the onion, wash, cut into rings or half rings.
  4. Peel the garlic, chop finely.
  5. Finely chop the dill.
  6. Cut the lemon into small slices.
  7. Mix onion, garlic, dill and lemon with fish. Add salt, white pepper and, of course, olive oil. Cover with a lid and leave for 30 minutes.
  8. Gently string the pieces onto the skewers. Better, of course, bamboo skewers …
  9. Fry salmon skewers over hot coals, turning from time to time, until golden brown. I do not write the roasting time specifically, as it differs from fire to fire.
