Ingredients

  • 10 small potatoes
  • 200 g smoked salmon, slices
  • 0.5 ½ cup crème fraîche
  • 1 cup cream
  • 200 g processed cheese
  • 1 tablespoon dill, dried or fresh

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cook them briefly, they don`t have to be completely through yet.
  2. Wrap a slice of salmon around each of the potatoes and place in a baking dish. Mix the crème fraîche, cream, processed cheese and dill and pour over the potatoes.
  3. Cook in the oven for about 25 minutes at 200 degrees.
  4. There is usually a little cucumber salad with it.
