Ingredients

  • 500 g nocchi
  • 4 zucchini
  • 2 salmon fillet (s) (frozen)
  • 150 ml cream
  • 150 ml milk
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), add the juice
  • salt
  • pepper
  • dill
  • nutmeg
  • coriander
  • Paprika powder, hot pink

Instructions

  1. Peel the zucchini to taste, then dice and place in a baking dish. Salt and let stand.
  2. Mix a sauce made of cream, milk and eggs and season with the herbs and spices as required. Thaw or thaw the salmon, cut into small pieces and add to the zucchini with the gnocchi. Mix everything together. Spread lemon juice over the mixture, then pour the cream sauce over everything.
  3. Cook in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for 3/4 hour.
