  • 1 salmon fillet (s) (salmon side)
  • 80 g butter
  • 3 tablespoon honey
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 2 handfuls almond (s), sliced

Instructions

  1. Treat one side of salmon (size as you wish) using the 3-S method (clean, acidify, salt) and let it steep for approx. 10-15 minutes.
  2. Place with the skin side down on a greased baking sheet or in the drip pan. Pepper, brush with heated honey and sprinkle with flaked almonds, top with flakes of butter.
  3. Bake at 180-200 ° C top / bottom heat for 45-55 minutes until the fish is done and the almond flakes are browned. If the almond flakes turn too brown, cover with aluminum foil
  4. Dill potatoes and salad go well with it.
