Sandwiches with Feta Cheese and Grapes

Feta and grape sandwiches are a spectacular 3-ingredient snack that can be made very quickly. An interesting combination of salty cheese and the delicate sweetness of grapes will conquer any gourmet! Try it!

Servings: 1

Ingredients

  • French baguette – 80 g
  • Feta cheese – 80-100 g
  • White grapes – 130 g

Directions

  1. Cut the bread into slices about 1 cm thick.
  2. Mash the feta cheese until pasty and apply to the bread in a thick layer.
  3. Wash the grapes, separate the grapes from the bunch, and cut them in half. If grapes are pitted, carefully remove them. Spread the grape halves tightly over the cheese. (If you want variety, the sandwiches can be supplemented with honey and sprinkled with a pinch of finely chopped walnuts, or used to make different varieties of grapes.)
