Ingredients
- 200 g rice, uncooked
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 400 g sauerkraut from the can
- 250 ml cream, possibly more
- salt and pepper
- Broth, grains

- Boil the rice.
- Warm the sauerkraut with a little broth. Fry the minced meat in a pan until crumbly and season with salt and pepper. Season the cream with granulated broth, salt and pepper.
- Grease a baking dish and then add the well-drained rice. Put the minced meat on top of the rice and finally top with the sauerkraut. Now pour the cream evenly over the casserole.
- Put the pan on the middle rail in the oven and bake at about 175 ° hot air until the casserole is golden yellow (approx. 20 - 30 min.).
- Tastes super delicious, even if you can`t imagine it at first. My kids love it too. Friends and acquaintances also clean up everything.
