Ingredients

  • 1 large can sauerkraut, ready to cook
  • 4 sausages
  • 2 cups crème fraîche with herbs
  • 6 medium potato (s)
  • some vegetable stock, grains, to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces and cook.
  2. Cut the sausages into slices and fry in a pan with a little oil. Add the sauerkraut with juice. Now drain the potatoes and add them as well. Season to taste with the granulated stock and stir in the two cups with the crème fraiche. Do not bring the whole thing to the boil, serve immediately.
