Ingredients
- 4 slices puff pastry, frozen, thawed
- 300 g sauerkraut
- 150 g sour cream or sour cream
- 80 g cheese, rated (e.. Gouda)
- 50 g bacon, diced
- 1 egg (s)
- 0.5 ½ bunch chives
- salt and pepper

- Place the puff pastry sheets on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Squeeze the sauerkraut very dry and mix with the sour cream, Gouda cheese, bacon and the egg. Cut the chives into rolls and mix in. Season with a little salt and pepper.
- Spread the mixture on the puff pastry and smooth it out. Bake in a hot oven at 220 degrees (gas 4, convection 200 degrees and 15-20 min), on the second rack from the bottom for 20-25 min until golden brown.
