Ingredients

  • 750 g pork medallions or loin
  • 125 g smoked bellies, diced
  • 2 onions)
  • 1 jar mushrooms or fresh mushrooms
  • 200 g crème fraîche with herbs
  • 50 g cheese, e.., Gouda or Emmentaler, rated
  • parsley
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Leave the ham cubes in a non-stick pan, chop the onions, drain the mushrooms (clean the fresh ones and chop them up). Add both to the ham cubes.
  2. Briefly fry the medallions in a second pan in a little oil. Salt and pepper. Then mix the creme fraiche, cheese and parsley into the mushrooms.
  3. Grease a baking dish, place medallions in it and finally spread the mushroom mixture on top. Put the whole thing in the oven for about 25 minutes at 200 degrees. First closed, only fry for the last 10 minutes without a lid. Rösti or croquettes go well with a mixed green salad.
