Ingredients
- 300 g puff pastry
- 250 g onion (s)
- 400 g tomato (s)
- 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
- 150 g bacon (breakfast bacon), thinly sliced
- 250 g cheese (Emmentaler)
- 6 egg (s)
- 125 g whipped cream
- salt and pepper
- 200 g sausae, not scalded
- 250 g meat sausae (Lyoner), thinly sliced

- Line a 24 cm springform pan with a rim with the puff pastry, prick several times with a fork. Press the sausage out of the skin and spread it on the dough. Peel and dice the onions.
