Instructions

  1. Peel onions and garlic, chop finely and sweat in the melted butter or margarine until translucent. Peel the potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces, add to the garlic bulbs and sweat with them. Core, wash and dice the peppers. Add to the potatoes and sweat them too. Pour in the vegetable stock and bring to the boil. Season well with the spices and herbs. Add the meat sausage cut into cubes 10 minutes before the end of cooking and cook at the same time. Pour in the cream and reduce briefly over high heat. Season the whole thing again vigorously and serve immediately.
