Wash the leek, then cut it into thin rings, which are then cut into small pieces again. Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into pieces. Cut the sausages into slices.
Sauté the leek in a little oil. Add the paprika powder and stir well. Next add the potato pieces. Stir. Add the broth and cook for about 15 minutes. Add the sausages and cook for another 5-10 minutes.
Season with salt, pepper and sour cream and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
