Ingredients
- 250 g wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking soda
- a bit salt
- 2 egg (s)
- 75 ml olive oil
- 150 ml milk
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 125 g sheep cheese
- 12 olives, black, without stone

- Finely dice the sheep`s cheese and quarter the olives. Mix the flour with baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add eggs, oil and milk and work into a smooth batter. Finally fold in oregano, sheep cheese and olives. Bake at 160 degrees for about 25 minutes.
- Modification:
- Cut 125g Gouda into cubes and fold in. Season the dough with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the muffins with about 75g grated Gouda cheese before baking.
