  • 40 g bacon, cut into strips
  • 40 g butter

Instructions

  1. Leave the bacon strips in butter. Sauté the onion rings and savoy cabbage in it. Salt, pepper, deglaze with vegetable stock and cook for about 10 minutes.
  2. Mix the cream with the eggs and Emmental cheese. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  3. Put the steamed savoy cabbage strips in a buttered casserole dish, pour the cream and egg mixture over them and place on the wire rack in the preheated oven. Baked at 180 ° C top / bottom heat for approx. 45 minutes.
