  • 1 baking powder

Instructions

  1. From the squeezed potatoes, the flour, the baking powder, 150 g butter, the eggs and the 2 tablespoon. Knead the sugar and the soaked raisins into a smooth dough.
  2. Roll out the dough thinly on a greased baking sheet and brush with 50 g melted butter.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven at 225 ° C for about 25 minutes. Take out of the stove and, while still warm, brush with 50 g melted butter and sprinkle with the sugar / cinnamon mixture.
  4. The cake tastes best when it is warm!
