Ingredients

  • 80 g tomato (s), dried in oil
  • 1 kg potato (s), (with clean skin)
  • 450 g chicken breast
  • 4 clove (s) garlic
  • 2 tablespoon rosemary
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon thyme
  • 100 g sheep cheese, liht
  • 500 g cocktail tomatoes
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Lightly pre-cook the potatoes with their skin on. Drain and let cool. Cut the potatoes into wedges.
  2. Dice the tomatoes in oil. Cut the chicken breast fillet into pieces.
  3. Press the garlic, finely chop the rosemary. Mix both with the oil and season. Add the thyme and diced tomatoes and let them steep.
  4. Mix the marinade with the potatoes and the meat and let it steep for another 5 minutes.
  5. Put everything in a baking dish and bake in the preheated one at 180 ° for about 45-50 minutes. After 25 minutes of baking, add the diced sheep`s cheese and the halved cocktail tomatoes and finish cooking.
