- 8 sliced pork schnitzel or salmon meat
- 1 egg (s)
- breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoon flour
- salt and pepper
- 2 teaspoons paprika powder, noble sweet

- Mix the breadcrumbs with the flour well. Halve the schnitzel, slices of salmon can stay that way. Press a little flat and season with salt and pepper, turn well in the beaten egg and breadcrumb mixture and press down.
