Ingredients

  • 30 pork schnitzel, cut approx. 3 mm thin (Italian style)
  • 30 slices bacon or ham
  • 5 cups cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup processed cheese with herbs
  • 2 Camembert (s) (Brie)
  • 1 cup crème fraîche with herbs
  • pepper
  • Spice mixture (Chinese spice)

Instructions

  1. Pepper the schnitzel slices and put the ham on top - the meat should be covered with ham. If the meat is too big, cut it in half! Roll up both together and place the rolls next to each other in a baking dish.
  2. Briefly simmer the cream, slowly stir in the crème fraiche and the processed cheese. Remove the white layer from the brie, cut the rest into pieces and add. Season this sauce well with Chinese spices (it can turn nice and rosy) and pour over the rolls.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat (convection: 175 ° C) for approx. 90 minutes. If necessary, cover with aluminum foil so that the top layer does not turn too brown. Serve hot.
  4. It goes well with green salad and baguette.
  5. Note: You calculate 3 to 4 rolls per person.
