Ingredients

  • 4 pork schnitzel, (or turkey schnitzel)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 bunch herbs, mixed
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 200 ml broth
  • 2 tablespoon crème fraîche
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Wash, dry and finely chop the herb bunches. Peel onion and chop finely. Heat some oil in the pan and season the schnitzel with salt and pepper and fry, remove and keep warm.
  2. Steam the onion in the same pan until translucent. Add diced garlic cloves and deglaze with broth. Let simmer briefly. Stir in the crème fraîche, mustard and herbs and simmer for about 1 minute.
  3. Turn the schnitzel once in the sauce and serve.
