Ingredients

  • 8 small turkey schnitzel (60 g each)
  • some flour
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 120 g chips, (tortilla chips)
  • 4 tablespoon clarified butter
  • 1 lime (s)
  • nutmeg
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Wash the schnitzel under cold running water, pat dry with kitchen paper, season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and paprika and turn in the flour. Beat the egg in a flat plate and whisk well. Crush the tortilla chips well in another plate.
  2. Turn the schnitzel first in the egg, then in the chips and fry in a pan in the frying fat until golden yellow on both sides. Drain on kitchen paper.
  3. Garnish with lime wedges.
