Ingredients

  • 4 turkey escalope or pork escalope
  • 2 cups crème fraîche, with herbs
  • 400 g mushrooms, fresh or straiht from the lass
  • 500 g rapes, seedless, white
  • 4 slices cheese, (young Gouda cheese, large )
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Wash the mushrooms and grapes. Halve the grapes and slice the mushrooms. Fry fresh mushrooms first. Let cool down well. Then mix the grapes with the crème fraîche and the cooled mushrooms. Put aside.
  2. Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees celcius.
  3. Season turkey escalope well with salt, pepper and paprika.
  4. Fry them well in oil and place them side by side in a baking dish.
  5. Spread the crème fraîche mixture well over all the schnitzel so that they are all covered. Then place the cheese slices on top.
  6. Put the baking dish in the oven and bake the cheese for about 10 minutes.
  7. French fries, baked potatoes, hash browns, salad or noodles are ideal as a side dish.
