  • 2 cups cream
  • 2 packs custard powder (paradise cream vanilla)
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Put everything from the 3 eggs to half a packet of baking powder in a mixing bowl and stir to a smooth batter. Pour the dough into a fruit pan and bake for 20 minutes at 175 ° C.
  2. After baking, take the dough out of the mold and let it cool down.
  3. For the topping, please take everything from the two cans of tangerines to the 2 packets of vanilla sugar and put it in a bowl with a tight-fitting lid. This is then shaken until the mass has a (solid) consistency. Put the mixture on the cooled cake base and serve.
