Ingredients

  • 750 g sourdouh for bread
  • 500 g onion (s)
  • 200 g bacon
  • 1 cup sour cream, 200-250 g
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the bacon into cubes and fry in a pan. Cut the onions into fine rings and sauté in the bacon fat.
  2. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet. Sour sour cream with a little salt (be careful, the bacon is also salty) and pepper, spread on the dough. Put the steamed onions on the dough, then top with the bacon.
  3. Bake at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for 20-30 minutes and serve warm.
  4. There was always onion place when it was baking day in the bakery, so the basis is bread dough based on sourdough. When these baking days no longer existed, the dough was ordered from the baker. Since this is no longer that easy, my mother now uses a ready-made baking mix called farmer`s bread.
