- 400 g raspberries, fresh or frozen (defrosted)
- 1 can peach (s)
- 250 ml whipped cream
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 500 g natural yourt
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- Sugar, brown

- Sort the raspberries and place in a glass bowl, drain the peaches and cut into small pieces, then place on the raspberries. Whip the whipped cream until stiff and pour in the vanilla sugar, then fold into the yogurt mixed with the sugar. Spread the mixture on the fruit and cover with brown sugar just before serving.
