Scrambled Eggs in a Loaf

Good day. Children, as you know, are not very fond of eating, so I came up with an interesting way to serve scrambled eggs. It turned out delicious and original, it will suit adults too!

Ingredients
- Baton – 1/3 pc.
- Egg C1 – 1 pc.
- Sausage – 30 g
- Cheese – 30 g
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper – to taste
Directions
- Let’s prepare the products.
- Take 1/3 of a loaf (5 cm), cut out the pulp in the center. We do not select everything, we leave the bottom about 1 cm thick.
- Chop the sausage finely. Rub the cheese on a fine grater.
- Let’s send some sausage and cheese to the bottom of the loaf. Let’s break 1 egg.
- On top of the egg, you need to salt a little, pepper and sprinkle with the rest of the sausage and cheese.
- We will bake scrambled eggs in a loaf in a preheated oven for 10-20 minutes at 150 degrees.
