For a 6 cup muffin tin.
Wash the parsley, shake dry, pluck from the coarse stems and chop finely.
Beat the eggs and mix with all the ingredients in a blender and season. Butter the six muffin tins and fill them with the prepared egg mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C top / bottom heat on the middle rack. After approx. 15 minutes the egg is set and the muffins can be served.
With fresh bread rolls for breakfast or brunch, it is also a treat for guests!
