Ingredients
- 4 medium egg (s)
- 2 pinches pepper, white and black
- 2 pinches salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder
- 3 pinches fondor
- 75 ml milk
- 1 pack ham, diced OR:
- 200 g ham, raw OR:
- salami
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 150 g mushrooms
- 1 small bunch chives
- possibly cheese

- Open the eggs in a large bowl and cook as above. Spice up.
- Then add the milk and - so that the eggs are fluffy - do not whisk with a whisk, but stir well with a hand mixer or a hand blender until bubbles have formed on the surface.
- Now put the oil in a preheated pan and slowly add the egg over medium heat. Let it rest in peace, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon.
- When the egg has reached the desired consistency, place everything on a plate and briefly fry the ham, salami or diced ham as well as the mushrooms and chives in the same pan.
- You can also change the recipe by adding a little grated Pecorino or Parmesan before whisking - it`s a completely different, hearty note!
- Serve everything together with a toast - really tasty for in between.
