Scrambled Eggs with Pasta, Cheese, and Cottage Cheese

Scrambled eggs with macaroni, cheese, and cottage cheese are a simple and delicious breakfast dish. The combination of cheese and cottage cheese makes the pasta incredibly tender, adds nutritional value to the dish, and the spices make the taste even richer. Such hearty scrambled eggs are the best way to wake up in the morning and cheer yourself up!

Ingredients

  • Pasta (dry) – 120 g
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Cottage cheese – 100 g
  • Cream cheese – 20 g
  • Hard cheese – 20 g
  • Butter – 20 g
  • Dried basil – 1 pinch
  • Ground red pepper (optional) – 1 pinch.
  • Ground black pepper – 1 pinch.
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley – 3 sprigs

Directions

  1. We send the pasta to boiling salted water and boil for 8 minutes. Put the finished pasta in a bowl with a slotted spoon and add the butter.
  2. Add cottage cheese, base cheese, dried pepper, and ground pepper (black and, if desired, red).
  3. Then pour 50 ml of liquid from the saucepan in which the pasta was cooked. We mix.
  4. Transfer the contents of the bowl to the frying pan and heat. Drive-in three eggs so that the yolks remain intact. Salt. Cover the pan with a lid and cook scrambled eggs with pasta, cheese, and cottage cheese over moderate heat until the egg whites set. The yolks must remain runny.
  5. Serve hearty scrambled eggs with pasta, cheese, and cottage cheese to the table, sprinkle with parsley. Enjoy your meal!
