Scrambled Eggs with Sausage (in Lavash)

An original and delicious breakfast that can be prepared in just 15 minutes – a large envelope of lavash stuffed with scrambled eggs and sausage. The dish turns out to be very nutritious, with a crispy brown crust – satisfying and uncomplicated!

Ingredients

  • Lavash – 1 pc.
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Sausage – 100 g
  • Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – 1 pinch
  • Vegetable oil (for frying) – 1 tbsp

Directions

  1. We prepare products according to the list.
    You can use any sausage to your taste. Optionally, mayonnaise can be replaced with sour cream.
    I have a rectangular sheet of pita bread measuring 30×40 cm and a small frying pan with a diameter of 22 cm – so the scrambled eggs in pita bread turned out to be not very large, but rather plump.
  2. Grease the pan with vegetable oil and set it on minimum heat.
  3. Put a sheet of pita bread in the pan and grease the middle (by the size of the pan) with mayonnaise.
  4. Cut the sausage into thin slices.
  5. We spread about half of the sausage in the middle of the pita bread. Add eggs, salt and pepper.
  6. Put the remaining half of the sausage on top.
  7. Gently wrap the hanging ends of the lavash inward so that we get an envelope.
  8. Increase the heat a little and cover the pan with a lid. Fry the fried eggs over a medium-low heat for about 5 minutes.
  9. Then gently turn the envelope over and fry for about 5 minutes more.
  10. Hearty scrambled eggs with sausage are ready. We put it on a plate and serve it to the table.
