Semolina Porridge without Lumps

How to cook semolina porridge in milk so that it is of the desired thickness and without lumps? The method of preparing semolina porridge according to this recipe is not entirely ordinary, but semolina will turn out delicious even for novice housewives!

Servings: 2

Ingredients

Semolina – 60-70 g (8 teaspoon)
Milk – 400 ml
Sugar – 4 teaspoon (to taste)
Salt – 0.25 teaspoon (to taste)
Butter – 25 g

Directions:

  1. Rinse a heavy-bottomed saucepan with cold water. Pour cold milk. Add semolina, mix, and leave for 15-20 minutes to swell the semolina. (If the milk is homemade, it is better to dilute it with water in a 3: 1 ratio, respectively.)
  2. Thoroughly mix semolina with milk before cooking.
    Put the pot with semolina on slow (!!!) heat. Add salt and sugar. Stirring (without fanaticism, but regularly), bring to a boil. Cook semolina, now stirring constantly, for another 6 minutes.
  3. Turn off the fire. Add oil to the finished semolina and stir for another minute.
  4. Delicious semolina porridge without lumps is ready. Porridge prepared according to this recipe will not turn out too thick and very tender.
