Ingredients

  • g 1,000 pork
  • 3 sachets rice (long grain rice, 125 g each)
  • 3 large onion (s)
  • 4 tablespoon tomato paste
  • ml 1,200 meat stock
  • 1 can (s) tomato (s), chopped
  • 3 bell pepper (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 teaspoons marjoram, rubbed
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Wash the pork, pat dry and cut into cubes. Likewise the onions and peppers.
  2. Heat the oil in a pressure cooker and sear the meat on all sides. Shift down to medium heat. Add the onions and sweat them, press the garlic and add them as well. Season with marjoram, salt, pepper and paprika. Add tomato paste, broth and chopped tomatoes and stir.
  3. Cut open the rice bags and pour into the pot, do not stir! Close the pot and put the stove on high heat. As soon as the second ring is visible, switch back to medium heat and cook for 15 minutes.
  4. After 15 minutes hold the pot under cold water until there is no pressure. Open the lid and, if necessary, tie the rice meat a little.
