Ingredients

  • 500 g pork
  • 2 onion (s), peeled
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 750 ml meat stock
  • 2 teaspoons thyme, rubbed
  • 1 tablespoon paprika powder
  • a bit salt
  • some pepper
  • 200 g rice (lon rain rice)
  • 2 bell pepper (s)
  • 1 chilli pepper (s)
  • 3 tomato (s)
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into pieces, wash and pat dry. Dice the onions, finely chop the clove of garlic. Heat the oil strongly and fry the meat in it. Shift down and sauté onion cubes and pieces of garlic over medium heat. Add tomato paste and stock. Season with thyme, paprika, pepper and salt and cook for about 30 minutes.
  2. Wash the rice and let it drain, clean and wash the paprika and chilli peppers and cut into small cubes. Scald, peel, quarter and core the tomatoes. Mix these ingredients with the meat.
  3. Cook for about 30 minutes until the rice has absorbed the liquid.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and serve with chopped parsley.
