Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), the juice from it
- sea salt
- pepper
- 0.5 clove ½ garlic
- 0.5 ½ onion (s)
- 1 bunch herbs, fresh, e.g., chives, lovage, basil, oregano, etc. depending on the season
- 0.25 ¼ pomegranate

- Put the sesame paste in a bowl. Mix with the juice of half a lemon until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Add the crushed garlic and diced onions. Now cut the fresh herbs into small pieces and add them. Then remove the seeds from a quarter of the pomegranate and add them as well.
- The dressing goes well with all leaf salads.
