Directions

Peel the onion and cut it into small cubes. Peel and dice the pepper.
In a frying pan in vegetable oil, fry the onion and pepper for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Fill the tomato with boiling water for 1 minute. Then remove the skin from it and cut into small cubes.
We send the tomato to the pan, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 7 minutes.
After this time, peel the garlic and squeeze it straight into the pan. We mix.
We make three indentations in the vegetable mass with a spoon. Break eggs into these recesses and salt them a little. Cook over low heat for another 5-7 minutes. During this time, the protein should completely seize, it is desirable to remain liquid.
