Instructions

  1. Cut the cucumber, tomatoes, olives, garlic, red bell pepper and the sheep`s cheese into medium-sized cubes. Mix with olive oil, lemon juice, dill and parsley. Then season the mixture with salt and chilli to taste. Then let the salad stand in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. It tastes best when it has been brewing for a night.
  2. Perfect for grilling.
