Ingredients
- 150 g butter
- 150 grams sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 3 egg (s)
- 300 grams flour
- 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
- liter ⅛ milk
- 1 liter passion fruit juice
- 2 packs custard powder (vanilla flavor)
- 3 packs cream stabilizer
- 5 cups cream
- 0.5 ½ pack biscuits (butter biscuits)
- 1 lemon (juice only)
- powdered sugar

- For the dough, mix the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, flour, baking powder and milk into a batter. Spread the dough on a greased drip pan and bake at 150 degrees for 20 minutes. Let cool down well.
- Cook the vanilla pudding in the passion fruit juice according to the instructions, let it cool down a little and spread it on the cooled dough. Let cool down again.
- Beat the cream with the cream stiffener and pour onto the pudding mixture. Put on Leibniz biscuits.
- Prepare a glaze from lemon juice and powdered sugar and spread it on the biscuits. Let it set in the refrigerator.
