- 1 cup oil

- For the dough, take the butter, the 200 g sugar, 1 packet of vanilla sugar and the 2 eggs and stir them together to form a smooth mass. Then add the flour and baking powder and stir it again to a smooth mass. Then place the dough on a deep, greased tray and place it in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 ° C.
- In the meantime, prepare the topping by mixing the quark, the 250 g sugar, 4 eggs, the packet of vanilla sugar, the oil and the milk together. At the end of the dough`s baking time, spread the quark mixture on the base and place the mandarins on top. Save the juice of the mandarins for the topping! Now put the whole thing back into the oven for 40 minutes at 180 ° C.
- After baking, prepare the icing according to the package and pour over the cake. Let everything cool down and the cake is ready to serve!
