Ingredients

  • 230 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 1 point vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 125 g butter or mararine
  • 2 apples, (depending on size)
  • cinnamon and sugar
  • 3 tablespoon oatmeal
  • 3 tablespoon almond (s), chopped
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 pinch cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Knead a shortcrust pastry from the flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, the egg and the butter or margarine on a floured work surface. Do not hold it in your hands for too long - it should stay as cool as possible. Then place the dough on a plate and chill for 15-20 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, peel and core the apples and cut them into narrow wedges and then mix them into smaller pieces with a little sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Heat the oil, cinnamon and sugar, oatmeal and almonds in a pan until they are fragrant.
  4. Then shape the dough into 16 small balls, then press flat and form a small edge for each one and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, spread the apples on top and finally spread the oatmeal mixture on top.
  5. Bake at 180 ° hot air for 15-20 minutes.
