Ingredients
- 2 small onions
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 small chilli pepper (s)
- 250 g mushrooms
- 250 g shrimp (s)
- 30 g herb butter
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 shot white wine
- 0.5 ½ cup cream
- 2 port. Gnocchi, see recipe description
- Salt and pepper
- some lemon juice
- Parmesan

- Halve the onions and cut into rings. Chop the garlic, parsley, chilli pepper and mushrooms into small pieces.
- Heat a pan and fry the prawns in the herb butter. Then add the mushrooms, garlic, onions and the chilli pepper. Now fry everything again for about 3 minutes and then briefly fry the tomato paste. Pour on everything with a dash of white wine and almost let it evaporate. Now add the cream and the gnocchis.
- Finally add the parsley and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Garnish with parmesan if necessary.
- For this sauce, I take ManuGro`s ricotta gnocchi from the database and prepare them before I start the sauce.
