Shrimp Burrito

There is a huge number of burritos, but the most delicious and popular is probably with shrimp. And most importantly, burritos should be eaten with spicy salsa and spicy carrots.

Ingredients

  • Rice – 0.5 stack.
  • Bulb onions (small) – 0.5 pcs
  • Tomato paste (1.5 teaspoon for rice, 0.5 for sauce) – 2 teaspoon
  • Grapeseed oil – 1.5 tbsp
  • Shrimps (medium) – 20 pcs
  • Butter – 10 g
  • Garlic (large) – 1 tooth.
  • Tomato (medium) – 4 pieces
  • Sour cream – 3 tbsp
  • Sauce (salsa, you can taste) – 1 teaspoon.
  • Avocado (medium) – 2 pieces
  • Flatbread (large tortilla) – 4 pieces

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, fry the onions in vegetable oil, add the tomato paste and fry for 2 minutes.
    Add washed rice, fry for 1 minute. Add water and cook like regular rice.
  2. Next, make the sauce in a burrito so that it doesn’t dry out. Stir the sour cream, tomato paste, and chipotle salsa. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and add to the sauce, stir.
  3. Next, let’s prepare the shrimp. We take a frying pan, put the shrimp, butter on top with thin slices, crushed garlic on top, and 4 tbsp water. Cover with a lid and over low heat for 5-7 minutes until the shrimps are cooked. By the way, featuring a snack)).
  4. We start collecting our burrito. Warm-up with a tortilla, I did it in a dry frying pan. Now put on the tortilla rice (3 tablespoon. L.), Shrimp (5 pcs.), Sauce with tomatoes (1.5 tablespoon. L.), And slices of avocado. In general, you can add as many as you want)).
