Shrimp Ceviche with Spicy Sauce

Ceviche is a traditional South American dish. It is made from fish and seafood and has complicated preparation steps.

Ingredients

  • cucumber – 1 pc.
  • avocado – 1 pc.
  • red onion – 3/4 cup
  • green onions (finely chopped) – 3/4 cup
  • tomato sauce – 1 can (450g)
  • tomato paste – 180g
  • water – 1/2 cup
  • salt – 2 teaspoon
  • pepper – 1 teaspoon
  • garlic salt – 1 teaspoon
  • chili sauce to taste.

  1. To make shrimp ceviche with the hot sauce you need …
  2. Peel and cut all vegetables into cubes.
  3. Combine prepared vegetables with shrimp. Pour over tomato sauce, add tomato paste and water. Stir, season with salt, pepper, garlic mixture, and chili sauce. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about an hour.
  4. After an hour, serve the ceviche on the table.
