Shrimp with Cauliflower

Delicate tasty and healthy dish. Shrimp and cabbage are prepared quickly.

Ingredients

  • Shrimps (frozen and peeled) – 200-250 g
  • Cauliflower – 1 small head
  • Cream – 200 g
  • Hard cheese – 50 g
  • Pitted olives – 75 g
  • Broth – 0.5 cups
  • (ideally needs fish broth, but I had chicken)
  • Dill – 2-3 branches
  • Olive oil – 2 tablespoons spoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Rice noodles – 100 g
  • (you can take noodles)

Directions

  1. Wash the cauliflower thoroughly and disassemble it into small inflorescences. Boil cabbage and not thawed shrimp separately in salted boiling water for no more than 5 minutes. Cook rice noodles according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the cauliflower with shrimp for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour in the broth and simmer the shrimp with cabbage over low heat until the broth evaporates (about 5 minutes).
  3. Add cream to the pan, salt, and pepper, add chopped olives and dill and simmer for another 5 minutes. Finally, add the grated cheese.
  4. Put the finished shrimp with cabbage on plates along with boiled rice vermicelli. You can make a cucumber salad.
