- 70 grams flour
- 30 g almond (s), round
- 3 g bakin powder
- 10 grams sugar
- 10 g oil
- 35 g water
- 1 pinch (s) salt

- Preheat the oven to 150 degrees. Then put the oil, water and salt in a bowl and mix well. Add the unscreened flour and soak it in (do not stir). Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 2 millimeters and then cut out the cookies and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper (if you want, you can simply grease the sheet). Bake for 20 minutes.
- When warm, the cookies are very soft, so let them cool down and only then remove them from the tray.
