Ingredients
- 500 g wheat flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 200 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon, leveled cinnamon powder
- 1 egg (s)
- 250 g butter
- 3 glasses apple sauce (70 g each)

- Mix the flour with baking powder and sieve. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, egg and butter. Process everything with the mixer (or with your hands) into sprinkles.
- Place a good half of the crumble on a baking sheet and press down to a bottom. Spread the applesauce on the dough and sprinkle the remaining crumble on top.
- Put the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake the cake at 180 ° C for about 50 minutes.
