Instructions

  1. Spread the flour on the work surface and make a well. In this hollow, crumble the yeast, add sugar and mix with a little lukewarm milk. Let the dough rise for about 10 minutes.
  2. Melt the margarine and let it cool. Then pour into the batter and add the remaining milk, salt and the egg. Mix everything into a smooth dough and let it rise up to twice its volume.
  3. You can then shape many different things out of the bread made or refine it with different ingredients. There are, for example, wake-up men, Easter nests, mares, rolls with chocolate chips, letters and numbers, etc. (see also recipe for sweet sandwich)
  4. It is then baked at 200 ° C until golden brown. Be careful, it still rises a lot on the baking sheet!
