Ingredients

  • 250 grams sugar
  • 250 ml oil, e.g. sunflower oil
  • 125 g cornstarch
  • 250 ml egg liqueur
  • 125 g flour
  • 5 medium egg (s)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • Fat, for the shape
  • powdered sugar, or chocolate icing

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well with a mixer, don`t be surprised, looks very runny.
  2. Put in the greased baking pan (loaf pan). Only fill ¾ full, as the cake rises a lot.
  3. Bake at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes. Do the test with a wooden stick.
  4. When the cake has cooled, either sprinkle with icing sugar or decorate with chocolate icing.
  5. Done quickly on Sundays. Add nuts or chocolate, it is always different!
