Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon quark or yogurt
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Splash lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- pepper
- 1 teaspoon seasoning mix (salad seasoning)
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- water

- I prefer to use a shaker jar, e.g. an old jam jar or something similar.
- Pour the quark or yoghurt into the glass and add the balsamic vinegar, red or white.
- Either press the garlic or dice it very finely. Those who like garlic like a whole toe, otherwise a half. Mix in lemon juice, pepper, salad spices, salt and maple syrup, close the glass and shake vigorously. If the dressing is too thick for you, you can add a little water and then shake vigorously again.
- The dressing can be kept in the refrigerator for 2 - 3 days, but be careful, the garlic is very steep. Goes well with all kinds of salads, especially if there is still fruit in it.
