- 500 g strawberries
- 100 g suar
- 500 ml milk

- Wash the strawberries (they can also be fully ripe, where the soft spots should be cut away), remove the stems and cut into small bite-sized pieces.
- Put the pieces in a bowl and fill up with sugar with milk and leave it to stand overnight.
