Ingredients
- 1 kg potato (s)
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), the juice from it
- 3 teaspoons spice (s) (sumak, from the Turkish grocery store)
- 1 large onion (s) (also red), diced
- 2 ½ teaspoons salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- a few stalks parsley, smooth, plucked
- 200 g corn (can)
- 200 g kidney beans (can)
- 1 packet spices for salad (garden herbs)
- 3 tablespoon olive oil or rapeseed oil

- First peel the potatoes and cut them into not too small cubes. Then cook as boiled potatoes with 2 teaspoons of salt (takes about 20 minutes).
- Let cool in a bowl. Now add the remaining salt, pepper, lemon juice, corn, kidney beans, onion cubes and the oil. Spread 1 packet of salad spices over the top. Pluck the plucked parsley and add to it. Mix everything carefully and season with sumac at the end.
- Tip: Depending on your needs, you can also mix in finely chopped gherkins.
