Ingredients

  • 3 cl gin
  • 1 ½ cl brandy (cherry brandy)
  • 1 dash liqueur (Benedicitine D.O.M. or any better compartment liqueur)
  • 1 dash Cointreau
  • 1 cl grenadine
  • 12 cl pineapple juice
  • 1 ½ cl lime juice, fresh
  • 1 dash Angostura
  • ice

Instructions

  1. Everything, except grenadine, with 2-3 ice cubes in the shaker, shake well and pour into a glass with 2 fresh ice cubes. Then serve with pineapple and cocktail cherry.
